I didn't get a confirmation email from you, should I be worried?
If you bought from this store we got your order. If you want to make sure or want a more specific timeframe of when you can expect your order please Contact Us via the form here.

How are the posters sent? They won't get ripped in the post will they?
All posters are sent to you rolled and packed in a sturdy cardboard box. So, you don't have to worry about them being folded or ripped in transit.

When will you ship my order?
We pack up orders on a weekly basis. Usually we get everything ready and mail out on Monday. So if you order at the beginning of the week it won't get sent out till the following week. Allow up to 2 weeks total for delivery of your package.

What shipping methods do you use? How long will it take?
We are using normal international mail. Once mailed, orders will take a minimum of 3 days inside the EU and minimum 4 days for lands outside the EU, depending on which country it is going to. We are willing to ship worldwide and have been told that most deliveries outside the EU will be received in about 1 week. If you would like a faster shipping method, please fill out the contact form on the store site and we will see what we can do for you.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or regular account payments through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account to use their service.
